Kelly has always been passionate about social justice and equality, which is what originally drove her to begin working with nonprofits. Prior to joining Elevate in 2022, she previously worked as a research coordinator in a psychiatry neuroimaging lab, where she learned a lot about the grant submission process and honed her coordinating skills. She prides herself in particular on her organization and data management skills, which have supported her growth at Elevate from the Project Coordinator level, up to the Project Specialist role. At Elevate, Kelly has worked with a wide range of clients including those in direct service, legal advocacy, and organizing.

Kelly graduated from The College of New Jersey with a BA in Psychology and a minor in Mathematics. During her time in college, she worked with multiple on-campus clubs in organizing volunteer and fundraising projects.

In her spare time, Kelly can be found spending time with her wife and their pets. She also enjoys playing video games and baking.
