Haley has worked in fundraising for nearly a decade and brings a lifelong passion for nonprofit work to Elevate. She has held several positions within a development team, and has experience in grant writing, prospect research, annual giving, and operations. She has supported organizations across many issue areas, including community & economic development, family services, youth development, arts, and emergency aid.

Haley is a Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE), which means she is held to the highest professional and ethical standards. She also earned her BA in Business from Washington State University, with a double major in Management & Operations and Entrepreneurship. Haley served as the university’s chapter president of ENACTUS, a nonprofit organization inspiring students to make a positive impact on the lives of others.

When away from the world of fundraising, Haley and her husband are chasing around their two young children. She loves riding her bike on the beautiful Boise River Greenbelt, coaching youth sports, and starting too many craft projects that she always promises she’ll come back to.
