Deneen Bass is a seasoned HR professional with over 15 years of HR Management experience across various industries, including commercial transportation, non-profit, insurance, and financial services.

She joined the Elevate team third quarter of 2024 as the Associate Director of Human Resources and Talent Development, where she will report to and support the Vice President of Human Resources and Talent Development in a wide range of HR functions, including talent management, policy interpretation, employee relations, performance evaluations, coaching/mentoring, benefits, organizational development, and project management.

Prior to joining Elevate, Deneen was the HR and Operations Manager for a nationwide OTR Motor Carrier Organization, where she managed the corporate HR department and oversaw the operations and services for the OTR Freight Transportation division.

Deneen holds an Associate of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Management with a concentration in HR from Shorter University in Rome, Georgia.

In her free time, Deneen loves singing as part of her church’s Praise Team and spending time with her family and friends. She enjoys exercising and when the weather permits, she enjoys walking in the great outdoors. On weekends, you might find her cooking, shopping, or simply relaxing and watching movies on Netflix and Hulu.
