Ana brings over 12 years of experience in nonprofit development, project management, and strategic planning to drive social impact within mission-driven organizations. She is passionate about helping leaders communicate effectively and engage meaningfully with their stakeholders.

Before joining Elevate, Ana was a development manager for a youth research organization, managing a diverse portfolio of grants from institutions ranging from large national funders to smaller family foundations. She also has extensive experience in community engagement, advocacy, and financial empowerment, having launched and managed programs focused on these issue areas.

Ana holds a BA from Grinnell College, where she first developed her passion for social impact. She currently serves on the board of directors of a civic engagement organization in Tennessee focused on supporting immigrant and refugee communities in the state.

Outside of the nonprofit world, Ana enjoys helping her husband with the latest house project, cooking, hiking, and supporting Chattanooga’s local food scene.
