Natalie brings a unique blend of passions and experience to her role as a Project Coordinator for Elevate. Prior to joining the team, she worked as the Book Buyer for an independent bookstore, combining her love for books with her skills in development and community outreach. In this role, she developed strong relationships with local organizations and led efforts to make books more accessible to all. Natalie is deeply committed to literacy and education, environmental justice, and the arts—issues that continue to drive her work in supporting nonprofits. At Elevate, she’s excited to leverage her background to help clients achieve sustainable, impactful change in their communities.

Natalie continues to engage with the book community by volunteering for The Word, a nonprofit that supports emerging authors in preparing publisher ready manuscripts. She is actively involved in local environmental nonprofits as well. Natalie holds an MA in English Literature from Arizona State University and earned her BS from Chapman University in Business Marketing with a minor in Education. These experiences continue to inspire and shape her work today.

Outside of Elevate, Natalie is typically reading, playing coed volleyball or softball (she was a collegiate pitcher!), hiking and camping, or painting.
