Andy is driven by a deep passion for purpose-driven work, making Elevate a natural fit for her career journey. Having grown up surrounded by individuals dedicated to the nonprofit sector, she has always been inspired by the impact of mission-driven organizations. With a strong background in compliance, data governance, analysis, and project management, Andy excels at navigating complex challenges with precision and efficiency. She brings nine years of experience in a highly regulated industry, where she honed her skills in research, problem-solving, and strategic execution. Her approach to each client begins with a thorough understanding of an organization’s mission, ensuring that every effort is aligned with its goals and impact areas.

Andy earned her BA in Art with a concentration in Art Education from San Francisco State University, where she developed a deep appreciation for learning and creativity. She remains committed to continuous growth and engagement, whether through professional development, or personal endeavors.

Outside of work, Andy enjoys exploring her surroundings—whether that means discovering new restaurants and coffee shops with her partner, spending time with friends, adventuring on her bike, or cultivating her home environment. She has a thriving collection of plants, loves working on various art projects, baking, and finds joy in video games and assembling intricate LEGO sets, all while tending to her frog’s terrarium ecosystem to ensure it remains vibrant and self-sustaining for her two frogs.
