Thank you for engaging Elevate for a Grants Accelerator Project. You may wish to bookmark this webpage, as it includes important information about next steps as we begin this work together. 

Important Documents: 

Terms & Conditions: On the payment page, you had an opportunity to review our Standard Terms & Conditions before submitting payment, but we want to be sure you have access to that document as it includes important information pertaining to our work together. 

Elevate’s W-9: We also want to be sure you have our form W-9, in case you need this for accounting purposes. 

Receipt of Payment: Please check your email for a receipt of payment. The email will be sent from support@usaepay.com and the subject line will follow the format: Elevate – Transaction Approved – Authcode #XXXXX. 

There are 3 steps to get started with your GAP!

Step 1

Start here if this is your first Grants Accelerator Project with Elevate!

Now that you’ve purchased your Grants Accelerator Project, the next step is to provide us with some information about your organization. All new GAP clients must complete the Elevate GAP General Intake Form. We provide this document in two formats – a fillable PDF form and a Google Doc. Please choose whichever format suits your needs.

Step 2

Next steps for your specific project

In addition to the Elevate GAP General Intake Form, we’ll provide next steps and ask for more info that is specific to the type of project you are engaging Elevate for at this time. Please click the link below to jump to the information about the service you’ve purchased.

Grant Program Feasibility Assessment 

In addition to the Elevate GAP General Intake Form (see above!), we ask that you also please complete the Grant Program Feasibility Assessment Intake Form. Please choose the format that suits your needs.

When you have completed both forms please email them to sgsteam@elevatedeffect.com

What to expect? Once we have received your completed intake forms, we will introduce a consultant to collaborate with you on this project. The consultant will work with you to identify a mutually agreeable time for a virtual kick-off meeting. The 4-week project timeline will begin as of the date of that kick-off meeting.

What else do you need to know? Please feel welcome to review the following materials as you prepare to begin the Grant Program Feasibility Assessment, and email sgsteam@elevatedeffect.com with any questions at any time. 

 

Prospect Research Project

What to expect? Once we have received your completed intake forms, we will introduce a consultant to collaborate with you on this project. The consultant will work with you to identify a mutually agreeable time for your first Consulting session and the cadence for subsequent meetings. Please recall that consulting hours must be used in 1-hour increments, can be scheduled weekly, biweekly, or monthly, and expire 4 months from the purchase date!

Step 3

Prepare for your Kick off Meeting

You’ll get the most out of your Grants Accelerator Project if you come to meetings ready to share your priorities, background information, and questions. If you have any documents that you think would be helpful for your consultant to review, consider gathering them in advance.
